Vehicle and Bike Patrol

Vehicle patrol can support business parks, parking areas, campuses and properties containing several buildings. It allows the security role to extend beyond a single lobby or entrance. Paradigm’s existing service includes marked vehicle patrol as an identifiable presence on the property. The assignment can involve observation, communication with management and documentation of incidents.
Vehicle Patrol for Larger Properties
Mobile coverage is not the same service as an officer assigned continuously to one entrance. Clients should understand that distinction when reviewing responsibilities. The description does not promise a specific arrival time or imply that one patrol unit is continuously present at every part of a property.
Bike Patrol for Pedestrian Settings
Bike patrol is relevant to pedestrian areas such as shopping centers, campuses and event venues. It provides a mobile officer presence in a setting where the assignment may involve interaction with shoppers, staff, visitors or event participants. The service is considered in relation to the site and the duties required.
An outdoor retail center has different expectations from a private event or institutional campus. The same method of mobility does not make those assignments identical. Paradigm reviews the people using the property, the areas included in the service and the relationship with management so that the role is understood before coverage begins.
Observation and Property Communication
Patrol personnel can observe property conditions, respond to reported concerns within the assignment and communicate relevant information to the client. Incident documentation provides a record of observations and actions. Where an issue needs police, emergency services or maintenance attention, the security role supports communication with the appropriate contact.
Patrol personnel do not replace the property manager or become law enforcement officers by using a marked vehicle. BSIS publishes California security guard registration and training requirements. The private security role remains tied to the agreed assignment and applicable authority. Patrol patterns and other operational details are not published on this service page.
Mobile Patrol Across Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties
Paradigm serves property managers, businesses and organizers across Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. Vehicle and bike patrol can be reviewed for a single property or a site with several distinct areas. Related services may include fixed security posts or other premises protection, with each role separately defined.
Contact Paradigm to describe your property and the responsibilities you want covered. We will review whether vehicle patrol, bike patrol or another service fits the location. The consultation establishes what is included, how the service connects with your management team and what support needs separate consideration, without exposing your property’s security arrangements.
